Welcome to PondyCAN

Pondy, because we are from and work out of Pondicherry, Citizen's Action Network-PondyCAN- is a broad based, non-profit organization committed to preserve and enhance the natural, social, cultural and spiritual environment. PondyCAN also aims to work towards a holistic approach to development, which has as its focus the happiness and well being of the citizens, starting with this region, in the hope that it extends across India and ultimately the world.

PondyCANwas founded in March 2007 recognising that the urgent need of the hour was: Living in Harmony. Harmony among all of us, harmony with the environment we live in and harmony with everything around us, living and non-living.
